A diplomatic organization is seeking a highly professional Executive / VIP Chauffeur to provide safe, discreet, and reliable transportation for a senior official. This position requires exceptional professionalism, integrity, confidentiality, and adherence to diplomatic standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide safe, efficient, and professional transportation for the senior official.

* Maintain the highest standards of protocol, etiquette, and professionalism when dealing with VIPs and official delegations.

* Plan routes in advance and select the safest and most efficient travel options.

* Possess excellent knowledge of the city’s roads, government institutions, diplomatic missions, airports, hotels, and official venues.

* Ensure the assigned vehicle is always clean, well-maintained, and in excellent operating condition.

* Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all official activities and travel arrangements.

* Demonstrate flexibility to work outside regular business hours whenever required.

* Receive and assist official guests and delegations with professionalism and courtesy.

Qualifications

* Proven experience as an Executive, VIP, or Diplomatic Chauffeur.

* Strong understanding of diplomatic protocol and official etiquette.

* Excellent knowledge of local roads and alternative routes.

* Clean driving record with a strong commitment to safety.

* Fluent English is mandatory (spoken, written, reading, and listening), with the ability to communicate confidently in an international environment.

* Professional appearance, excellent interpersonal skills, discretion, reliability, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
