Project Manager

Location: White City (Ağ Şəhəri), 3rd East House, ERA-2014, Baku

One Eleven Group is looking for an energetic, well-organized, and responsible Project Manager / Executive Assistant to join the team and contribute to the launch of a premium SPA destination in White City.

During the pre-opening phase, the successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the project launch. Following the successful opening of the SPA, there is a clear opportunity for career growth to the position of SPA Center Manager.

Key Responsibilities

During the pre-opening phase:

• Coordinate all processes related to the SPA project launch;
• Communicate and collaborate with suppliers, contractors, and business partners;
• Request, analyze, and compare commercial proposals;
• Source and procure consumables, supplies, and equipment;
• Maintain budgets, spreadsheets, checklists, and project documentation;
• Participate in the recruitment of staff, including administrators, massage therapists, and SPA specialists;
• Organize meetings, negotiations, and equipment presentations;
• Monitor project timelines and oversee contractors' performance;
• Provide administrative support throughout the project until the SPA opening.

Requirements

• Higher education degree;
• Proven experience in project management, administrative coordination, or operational management;
• Previous experience in the SPA industry, beauty salons, wellness projects, hospitality, or premium hotel operations will be considered a significant advantage;
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Experience in team management;
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills;
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication abilities;
• High level of responsibility, initiative, and results-driven approach;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a systematic mindset;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and Russian; knowledge of English will be considered an advantage.
