Project Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organized, smart and fast-learning Project Coordinator to support our product development process and ensure smooth daily workflow across teams. You will work closely with the Product Owner (PO), designers, developers, content team and other stakeholders to maintain our Kanban flow, prepare tasks, track progress, and ensure seamless project execution.

This role is essential for maintaining operational efficiency and enabling the product team to focus on product growth and strategic development.

Job responsibilities:
Task & Workflow Management

• Create, structure, and maintain tasks in Jira according to product requirements
• Keep our Kanban board updated and clean (Backlog → In Progress → Review → Finished)
• Coordinate daily task progress and follow up with responsible team members
• Ensure tasks are properly detailed and aligned with the requirements

Cross-Team Coordination

• Work closely with designers, developers, content writers, QA and product team
• Facilitate smooth collaboration and ensure clarity across all steps
• Identify blockers promptly and support in resolving them

Documentation & Reporting 

• Prepare brief documents, acceptance notes, checklists, and simple flows
• Maintain project documentation in Confluence
• Provide regular status updates to the Product Owner (PO)
• Monitor deadlines and ensure tasks meet acceptance criteria 

Quality & Delivery Support

• Perform initial review of “Finished” tasks
• Validate task requirements and ensure delivery matches the scope
• Track overall delivery and identify potential delays in advance

Process Improvement

• Help standardize internal documentation and operational processes
• Identify gaps and suggest optimizations to improve workflow efficiency

Skills and abilities:
Must-Have

• 1–2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
• Strong experience working with Jira
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• High sense of responsibility and ownership
• Strong problem-solving ability
• High attention to detail
• Basic understanding of software development workflow
• Intermediate English (written and spoken)

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with Confluence, Figma or Notion
• Experience in tech, digital product or startup environment
• Basic UX/UI understanding
• Experience preparing documentation (acceptance criteria, flows, checklists)

Working hours:

• We work 5 days a week from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. in our office. (13:00-14:00 lunch time)
