Middle/Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

Location: Modern office – Sabah Residence Complex, Baku city, Sabail district

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
• Manage and improve SEO strategy and website performance to increase organic traffic and search visibility.
• Analyze campaign performance and marketing data to optimize results and maximize ROI.
• Oversee content planning and execution for digital channels including social media, email marketing, and website content.
• Manage lead generation campaigns, marketing funnels, and conversion optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with design, product, and sales teams to ensure effective campaign execution and consistent brand messaging.
• Monitor digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and new tools to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage marketing automation tools and CRM integrations to improve lead nurturing and customer engagement.
• Prepare regular performance reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth marketing.
• Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Experience with SEO, website analytics, and conversion rate optimization.
• Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and other marketing reporting platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on measurable growth and marketing performance.
• Experience working with CRM systems or marketing automation tools is an advantage.
