You will lead HR operations, support people development, and contribute to building a strong organizational culture..

·        4 years of experience in Human Resources leadership roles

·        Hospitality HR experience is an advantage

·        Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, and HR administration

·        Strong knowledge of Azerbaijan labor law

·        Azerbaijani – native, English – upper-intermediate

·        Excellent communication and organizational skills
