About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to support our digital marketing and operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of online campaigns, managing paid advertising platforms, optimizing SEO, and assisting with content creation and reporting. You will work closely with the Senior Digital Marketing & Operations Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with business objectives and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other PPC platforms.
• Support SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building activities.
• Assist in creating and optimizing content for websites, blogs, and social media platforms.
• Monitor daily performance of campaigns and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
• Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.) to track and measure campaign success.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new tools, and best practices to improve digital marketing performance.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and SMM managers to ensure consistent branding.
• Assist in marketing operations tasks, including reporting, documentation, and coordination of projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
• Practical knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Familiarity with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console) and analytics platforms.
• Experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva AI, or similar) is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insights.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 09:00 – 18:00
• Saturday: 10:00 – 15:00
• Day off: Sunday
