Marketing Specialist

Conditions:

• Workplace: Baku, Azerbaijan
• Employment Type: Full-time (On-site)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with initiatives that drive brand awareness, trial, and distribution, including day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and sales support;
• Conducting market and competitor research to identify market trends and opportunities;
• Monitoring and reporting the performance of marketing campaigns;
• Collaborate with team members to execute marketing campaigns by leading brainstorming sessions for marketing campaigns;
• Measures and analyzes the ROI, brand impact, and overall effectiveness of prepared marketing campaigns and reports to the Marketing Director;
• Organizing PR campaigns, cooperating with the media and managing public relations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; 
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar marketing role;
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and social media platforms; 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Azerbaijani and English) ; 
• Analytical thinking, creativity, and attention to detail;
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
