Leading Card Operations Specialist

Ensure the daily and periodic processing and reconciliation of clearing files within the Mastercard system.
Execute and monitor chargeback and representment operations in accordance with Mastercard and BKM rules.
Review, investigate, and process Mastercard invoices and ensure accurate settlements.
Verify the accuracy of transaction data transmitted via BKM, identify discrepancies, and ensure timely correction.
Communicate with Mastercard Customer Support and/or processing partners in case of data inconsistencies or operational issues.
Prepare relevant operational and analytical reports and present them to management.
Stay updated on the latest Mastercard regulations and ensure their proper implementation in internal processes.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in card operations, clearing, or settlements — preferably within the banking or fintech sector.
Hands-on experience with Mastercard systems and processes (clearing, chargeback, representment, and settlement).
Familiarity with BKM (Bankalararası Kart Merkezi) operations is a strong advantage.
Strong understanding of card payment systems, transaction flows, and scheme compliance requirements.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data reconciliation skills.
Advanced Excel skills; experience with reporting and data analysis tools is a plus.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Fluent in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English (both written and verbal).
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple operational priorities efficiently.
