• A minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in the engineering field;
• Proven leadership skills and experience managing engineering teams;
• Strong project management and resource allocation abilities;
• Excellent problem-solving skills and strategic thinking;
• Strong technical knowledge in engineering processes and technologies;
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken);
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
