- Oversee and manage the daily duties of F&B personnel, including waitstaff, bar team, and front-of-house
- Ensure seamless and effective functioning of restaurant spaces, bar operations, and in-room dining services
- Facilitate onboarding of new team members and provide continuous training to uphold service excellence
- Track stock levels and coordinate ordering of supplies to support uninterrupted service
- Support the creation, pricing, and enhancement of menu offerings in collaboration with culinary leadership
- Enforce hygiene and safety protocols in line with local health and safety standards
- Address guest questions, feedback, and issues in a timely and courteous manner
- Work closely with kitchen staff to guarantee prompt and precise food and beverage service
- Foster a collaborative team atmosphere and inspire staff to meet performance targets
Tələblər
- Strong organizational abilities with effective team leadership capabilities
- Language proficiency in Azerbaijani and English; knowledge of Russian is advantageous
- Solid understanding of F&B processes, including menu development and expense management
- Skilled in Microsoft Office applications and restaurant management systems
