· Be fully aware of all activities, facilities, and services of the hotel.
· Greet and welcome guests upon their arrival at the hotel, ensure their satisfaction, and promptly deliver their luggage to their rooms.
· Open car doors and assist guests with their luggage.
· Ensure the cleanliness of the front area and lobby in the absence of Housekeeping staff.
· Provide umbrellas for guests during rainy weather.
· Ensure that guest requests are appropriately handled and delivered as organized by the responsible person at the Registration Department.
· Accurately record all baggage and notes under your control in the work and information logs.
· Adhere to the hotel's policies and procedures for storing guests' luggage.
· Ensure that all information boards are continuously updated.
· Always maintain the cleanliness of the hotel driveway and main entrance, ensuring that no vehicles are parked there.
· Be knowledgeable about room categories and their features.
· Show or explain the desired area within the hotel to guests and accompany them when necessary.
· Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred;
· Flexibility to work in shifts;
· Strong verbal command of Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages;
· Ability to work in a team, being friendly, flexible, and communicative.
