- Deliver warm, professional, and high-quality service to all guests.
- Present food and beverages according to service standards and sequence.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and politely.
- Maintain knowledge of all menu items, especially beverages.
- Prepare the outlet for service, including setup, decoration, and cleanliness.
- Take and serve drink orders, and upsell when appropriate.
- Operate the POS system accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure tables are clean and reset after guest departure.
- Follow opening and closing procedures as assigned.
- Handle special guest requests with flexibility and attention.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-presented work area at all times.
- Comply with grooming standards and brand requirements.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and other departments.
- Use equipment and supplies with care to minimize waste.
Tələblər
- Proven work experience as a Barman.
- Attentiveness and patience with customers.
- Active listening and effective communication skills.
- Flexibility to work in shifts.
- Proficient in Azerbaijani, English and/or Russian.
