Control operational costs while maintaining quality and guest experience.
Drive innovation in menu development and F&B promotions.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
Lead, train, and support F&B teams to develop talent and improve performance.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior F&B management role.
Proven leadership in managing multiple outlets or properties.
Strong financial and operational acumen.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian is required.
Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
