About the Role
- We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager / Content Creator to manage and grow our presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and our company website.
In this role, you will:
- Monitor daily trends
- Write and adapt engaging content in English and Russian
- Execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals
Additionally, you will create news articles and blog posts for the company website to build brand authority and attract organic traffic.
A strong ability in visual design and content creation is essential. You will prepare social media creatives, video covers, and marketing visuals. You will also leverage AI tools to enhance content creation, design, and optimization processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a clear social media and content strategy across all active platforms
- Monitor and adapt to daily trends to create timely and engaging content in English and Russian
- Write compelling captions, blog posts, and news updates for social media and the website
- Design and prepare high-quality visuals, covers, and creative assets for videos, posts, and campaigns
- Leverage AI tools for content creation, design, scheduling, and analytics
- Plan and execute content calendars, including event-related posts and campaigns
- Manage daily posting, scheduling, and optimization across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and the company blog
- Engage with followers, monitor comments/messages, and escalate important inquiries to management
- Provide weekly and monthly performance reports (social accounts and website)
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand and design consistency
- Track competitors and stay updated with platform trends and SEO best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Design, or related field (advantage, not required)
- 3+ years of proven experience in social media and content management
- Excellent English writing skills (social media, blogs, articles)
- Strong design skills using tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or Figma
- Knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, CapCut, or similar
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Experience with scheduling and analytics tools
- Practical knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Jasper, and AI-based scheduling/analytics tools
- Knowledge of SEO principles for blog and article writing (plus)
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and aesthetics

Salary: 700 – 1000 AZN (depending on experience and skills)
Working Hours
- Monday – Friday: 09:00 – 18:00
- Saturday: 10:00 – 15:00
- Sunday: Day off
