Position Summary
Project Manager will be responsible for leading and managing projects to ensure successful delivery of services to our clients. Closely with cross-functional teams, including clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders, to plan, execute, and monitor projects from initiation to completion. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills will be vital in driving project success and maintaining client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning and Initiation:
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
- Conduct thorough project feasibility assessments, including resource allocation, budget estimation, and risk analysis.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including work breakdown structure, milestones, and critical path analysis.
- Secure necessary approvals and agreements from stakeholders before project initiation.
Project Execution and Monitoring:
- Lead project teams in executing project plans, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
- Coordinate and allocate resources effectively to achieve project goals and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Conduct regular status meetings with project team members and stakeholders to provide updates, address issues, and resolve conflicts.
- Implement project management best practices, tools, and methodologies to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
Communication and Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain regular communication to manage expectations and address concerns.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate collaboration and ensure seamless project execution.
- Prepare and present project reports, progress summaries, and performance metrics to stakeholders and management.
- Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to senior management and make recommendations for corrective actions when necessary.
Quality Assurance and Documentation:
- Establish and enforce quality control processes to ensure project deliverables meet client requirements and company standards.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project charters, plans, schedules, and change requests.
- Conduct project reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement and incorporate lessons into future projects
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Project Management) or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a service company or similar industry.
- Proven experience in project management (more than 3 years).
- Strong knowledge and application of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- PMP certification (Project Management Professional) is preferred but not required.

- Working hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00, 5-day working week;
