Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Roadmap Ownership
- Define and own the overall product strategy across the full product portfolio
- Build and manage the product roadmap aligned with company strategy and marketing priorities
- Ensure strong prioritization based on customer value, financial impact, ROI, and feasibility
Customer Experience (CX) Leadership
- Lead end-to-end customer experience improvement across product journeys
- Ensure product teams use customer insights, journey mapping, and feedback loops
- Identify pain points and improve usability, trust, and engagement
- Own key CX indicators such as satisfaction drivers, complaint trends, and drop-offs
Data-Driven Product Culture & Product Excellence
- Establish a strong data-driven product mindset across Product Managers
- Ensure every product initiative is supported by clear KPIs, customer insights, and hypothesis-driven approach
- Ensure structured post-launch evaluation
- Introduce governance routines for product performance reviews and experimentation
Commercial Leadership & P&L Responsibility
- Manage products as business lines with ownership of revenue growth and profitability
- Own product margins where applicable
- Drive customer value and retention
- Support pricing, promotions, and portfolio decisions with strong financial logic
- Drive decisions based on unit economics (conversion, frequency, retention, ROI, LTV)
Leadership & People Management
- Lead, coach, develop, and performance-manage Product Managers
- Build a culture of ownership and accountability
- Identify capability gaps and support training and upskilling plans
Stakeholder Management & Cross-Functional Alignment
- Act as the main product counterpart for Marketing leadership and key stakeholders
- Align cross-functional teams including Technology, Digital, Data/BI, CRM, Sales, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Operations
- Ensure feasibility, delivery readiness, and proactive risk management
Governance, Communication & Leadership Presence
- Establish transparent product governance routines
- Quarterly roadmap reviews
- Monthly product performance reviews
- Launch readiness and evaluation
- Ensure high-quality product documentation and decision-making standards
- Provide executive-level reporting on priorities, progress, and results
Requirements (Must-Have):
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership
- 1–2 years of experience managing Product Managers or Product Owners
- Experience managing a portfolio of products with commercial responsibility
- Strong understanding of marketing impact on growth (pricing, promotions, segmentation, CRM, lifecycle management)
Commercial and Analytical Skills
- Strong knowledge of P&L management, unit economics, and ROI
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret product and customer data
- Strong feasibility mindset balancing customer value, business impact, and delivery constraints
Leadership and Communication
- Strong executive presence and leadership maturity
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills across senior leadership and cross-functional teams
Languages
- Fluent in English, Russian, and Azerbaijani (written and spoken)

- Growth in Product Manager maturity and ownership
