Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily HR operations in accordance with company policies and the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
- Prepare, update, and maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.
- Administer employment contracts, vacation schedules, and attendance tracking.
- Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal regulations.
- Coordinate with government institutions on employment and insurance matters (including mandatory health insurance).
- Support management with HR-related reports and data analysis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR management or similar position.
- Strong knowledge of the Labor Code of Azerbaijan.
- Experience working with mandatory insurance (İcbari sığorta).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office programs.
- Good command of Azerbaijani and English (Russian is an advantage).
Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Salary: 1000 AZN
