During my internship period, I have learned and supported the finance department team in the following areas: processing purchases/sales in 1C, cash inflow and outflow, inventory write-off, conducting audit processes in 1C. Preparation of invoices, verification of the accuracy of incoming invoices, and daily confirmation of invoices in accordance with the agreed terms with the counterparties.
Ordering employee cards and executing payments via ABB. Calculation and payment of salaries. Conducting reconciliations with creditors and debtors. Direct participation in the handover of large amounts of funds with counterpart companies and ensuring the proper delivery of funds to the department.

During my internship period, I worked directly under the supervision of the managing director and supported clients in the services provided to them. During this time, I also received lessons from a tax specialist and managed the accounting of the training company using this knowledge. We carried out this process through Xero software. I executed salary and other payments via Pasha Bank and handled the preparation and approval of the relevant invoices. I visualized client reports using Power BI. I performed the bank reconciliation operation. We prepared and published articles related to tax changes.
I managed the UTB LinkedIn and Facebook profiles. I ensured the signing of contracts with relevant companies for office needs. I prepared presentations for client companies and had the opportunity to work with various large companies. I established communication with the tax agency to resolve various issues and ensured the accuracy of the processes.
