• Present design ideas and schemes to owners and project team in a three-dimensional format • Develop interior design deliverables, as part of a larger project team, though all aspects of a job • Communicate design intent to the project team • Participate in brainstorming sessions and internal competitions • Participate in design charrettes and generate multiple comprehensive design ideas for clients and design team • Build a relationship with a client and lead the client through difficult decisions • Effectively mentor less experienced design staff • Collaborate with our internal preconstruction and construction team members • Enjoy working in a team environment

• Programming and space planning, facilities planning, and drafting of materials specifications. • Preparing design documents including detailing, elevations, finishes, color and furniture selection. • Setting up project files and maintenance thereof per design and firm standards. • Manage project budgets associated with interior design; Advise clients of realistic budget expectations and constraints. • Establishing and periodically updating a resource library of furnishings, office furniture, floor coverings, finishes, colors, fabrics, etc. from vendors and suppliers. • Inspecting the physical installation of products in construction and renovation projects as related to interior design in order to ensure contractual compliance. • Preparing schemes and sample boards. • Other related duties as assigned.

• Appling company brand consistently to format various collateral pieces including digital ads, marketing materials, sales documents, tradeshow materials, and web graphics • Format and design new and existing collateral including but not limited to instruction guides, flyers, brochures, promotional materials • Managing the Business Marketing Request Queue and format all market collaterals requests coming through the queue • Managing daily collateral and swag orders, track, and reconcile monthly invoicing. • Create, format, and animate campaign digital and social ads • Creating and formating Instructional & Informational Videos
